Lateral Cutter:

|
The Robot Lateral Cutter is a self-drive
remote access design
for cutting away
hard concrete and other hard or cementatious material
from within
pipe sections.
Also used for cutting out pipe connections after reinstatement work in relined pipes from 150mm
to 300mm diameter. Features
include single access entry, variable speed controls and a boom for
mounting the camera in front of the cutting head. Both the camera and
cutter are operated through a single control unit, eliminating the need
for a separate camera system.

Pipe
Relining Equipment: |
For the No Dig solution to repairing old or
damaged drains and pipework. This equipment draws a collapsed resin
impregnated liner through the drain/pipe where its precisely positioned
to cover the damaged portion of the pipe. The liner is then inflated so
it fits tightly against the internal surface of the original pipe and
then cured to form a hard tough new pipe whose smooth inner surface
allows flow characteristics often better than the original pipework. Pipes and
drains with diameters up to 18" can be repaired with this method..

Root Cutting Machine:

|
High pressure water powered cutting equipment for
cutting away tree roots and other fibrous plant material which has
damaged and penetrated the drainage system. Designed to clean sewers
from 6" to 20" in diameter. The skid assembly positions the root cutter
in the middle of the sewer line creating quick and efficient sewer
cleaning.

Milling Machine:

|
This milling system is used for the
removal of roots, protruding sockets, mineral deposits, concrete and
other hard or cementatious material as well as for the
preparation of sanitary work. These different applications are possible
with the use of various guiding cages and milling heads. This system
works from a diameter of 3" to 40".

Rotary Chain System:

|
This precise and versatile stainless steel tool is
suitable for cutting fibrous plant, root material or screed from
within the pipe or drainage system. Also used for descaling the interior
surface of pipes or drains. Due to the grinding of the chains, the
cleaning takes place along the inner line of the pipe without causing
any damage. The range of application can be varied by using optional
accessories, like different chain types, different lengths, a middle
knife or a milling headpiece.

Mechanical Cutter: |
For cleaning vertical stack pipes or decaling cast
iron pipework.

Jetter Nozzles:

|
High pressure water jetting nozzles. There are
many varieties and configurations of nozzle. Shaped heads, number of
forward facing jets for clearing blockages and rear facing jets for pipe
cleaning and propulsion as well as different jet angles are all
optimized for dealing with different tasks. The correct nozzle type is
selected by the operator depending on the drain clearing solution
required.

Drain and Sewer Tracing:

Sonde/Transponder

Tracker/Receiver
|
Smoke Bombs
The most economical way to trace sewer lines. White smoke is not
harmful and will not leave a residue. Three minute smoke bombs can
be tied together for testing long sections of sewer pipe.
Powdered Sewer Dye
Powdered Sewer Dye is normally used when sewer lines over 200 feet in
length need to be traced. The powdered dye is mixed with water in a jet
container and the desired amount squirted into the sewer line to provide
the colour density mix needed
Electronic
Using an electronic sonde/transponder which is propelled along the pipe
and traced by a compatible receiver/direction finder, the location and
depth of the pipework can be accurately determined and mapped at
intervals as it travels through the pipe. This enables easy location and
detection of pipe blockages and collapses. This system operates in
metallic, cast iron or non metallic pipework.
