Frank Cleary
- Managing Director
Frank started Clearaway Drainage Services Ltd in 1994 and still takes a
very active lead in the daily operation of the business. It's his
passion for excellence and attention to detail, a culture adopted by all
the other members of the team, that is the driving force behind the
success of the business.
"Our customers and clients have an expectation
on the level of service they require, we endeavour to exceed that level
of expectation to ensure customer satisfaction".
The company management is closely structured with all members of the
senior management team reporting directly to Frank.

David Davies - Commercial Director
Dave
has over 30 years experience in Corporate Business and IT Management.
Primarily responsible for strategic planning, performance and cost
management of corporate contracts he is assisted by a dedicated team of
professionals to deliver the cost effective
quality service our clients demand. He is
also responsible for managing and delivering Health
and Safety and Environmental performance and the management and delivery of IT services to our
offices and staff.

David Warner - Accountant/Financial Controller
David
is the company accountant and, with 25 years as a Corporate Business
Manager in Barclays, has over 40 years experience in Financial
Management. David is responsible for the financial health of the
business as well as compliance with Company Law and statutory financial
regulations. David is also responsible for credit control and debt
recovery. |

Su
Allen -
Human Resource Advisor
Su has over 20 years of HR experience across a wide range of business
sectors, including a number of years in the Plant Hire and Utilities
industries. Su is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources,
providing support and guidance for the Management team. From the
recruitment stage onwards Su ensures that staff are developed and
supported in all aspects of their employment to enable them to
constantly meet the high standards needed to satisfy customer
expectations.

Steve Cummings - Operations Manager
Steve
is fully qualified and experienced in all drainage survey and repair
techniques. Steve is responsible for our day to day
service delivery and operations ensuring the efficient scheduling and
allocation of company resources to meet our customers delivery
requirements and service level expectations. Steve is assisted in the
role by his supervisors, Ian Graves and Gary Wells

Ian Graves - Works Supervisor
Ian is fully trained and experienced in all aspects of the company
operational portfolio and is responsible for all specialised
equipment, field engineers and operatives together
with their personal protective equipment. Ian is also responsible for
the servicing and maintenance of the company vehicle fleet, ensuring
compliance with all legislative requirements and safety standards.

Gary
Wells
- Field Supervisor
Gary has many years experience in the drainage
industry and is fully trained and experienced in all aspects of the company
operational portfolio. Gary is responsible for
attending site meetings with customers representatives to discuss their
requirements and plan the most efficient and cost
effective repair method. Gary is also responsible for
the company team of field engineers and operatives
and makes regular site visits and audits to ensure all works undertaken comply with
current statutory legal and environmental requirements, that they are
being completed to the rigorous health and safety standards laid down by
the company and that any special requirements requested by the client
are being observed.
